La Taqueria’s minimalist restaurant is located on West Hastings and Seymour, in the heart of Downtown Vancouver.
The innovative but still authentic taqueria, spanning 1,800 square feet, masterfully integrates minimalist design elements with Mexican inspired earthy color palettes highlighted by natural light, courtesy of its towering floor-to-ceiling windows on three of its four sides/walls. With seating arrangements catered for up to fifty guests, including indoor and outdoor options, the restaurant promises a feeling of community and openness.
The mezzanine kitchen, located above the dining area, features a vertical rotisserie providing diners with a tantalizing view of the cooking process. A staircase made of perforated aluminum imaging panels links both levels together.
