RSAAW provided full scope of services during construction on the renovation of the long-standing Water St bar and restaurant upstairs. The team delivered a high standard of construction administration and detail throughout the extensive construction within an accelerated timeline. The expansion to the two conjoined premises now accommodates 498 seats, a two level patio overlooking the downtown marina, a two-level commercial kitchen complete with pizza station and 75 beer taps.

The new restaurant’s complexity within the existing building shell demanded extensive coordination with all consultant teams; clear organization, and alignment between ourselves, our client, and the general contractor.
