Part of the historic Spencer Building, this multifunctional food retail corner was previously an open condition. The restaurant services the financial district with deliveries while seeing heavy traffic from commuters from Waterfront Station. With an extremely limited area, the retail space aims to become a stage for production while incorporating the more typical use of wood to contrast with the brick context of Gastown.
