999 West Hastings

The iconic lobby of 999 West Hastings solicited an exploration to insert program at grade level. With the increasing demand of making spaces more efficient, this space called for an adaptation of commercial services and shared meeting rooms and lounges at the lobby to alive traffic at circulation and provide amenities to the office spaces of the building.
